Sometimes the colour of the fabric/ goods appears different on the website from the actual colour of the fabric/goods. This may be due to the difference in software or hardware or any other reason. Jurisdiction

      The dispute of any kind/type between any person/s and/or party/ies and the 'Nerexplaza' and/or 'New Era RJP Exim' will be resolved by arbitration at Jalandhar, Punjab, India only by the arbitrator/s appointed by M/s 'New Era RJP Exim'. In case the dispute is not resolved through arbitration, then and otherwise also, only the Court/s of Jalandhar, Punjab, India shall have the original and/or appellate legal jurisdiction in case of any matter/ dispute between any person/s or party/ies and the 'Nerexplaza' and 'New Era RJP Exim'
